De Natuurlijke Kookschool

This course is for students who have completed Level II and who wish to or have serious intensions to further develop themselves to become nutritional adviser or to teach macrobiotic cooking.
It is an intensive yearlong program that runs over 11 weekends and 1 week residential training.

This course can be spread over up to 3 years.

The aim of the course is to become fully proficient in all aspects of Macrobiotics, including the Five Transformations, comprehensive Oriental diagnosis and application to dietary advice.
